NEW PATIENTS

What to expect

When you arrive, our friendly reception staff will confirm all your details and gather any additional information (including referrals, workers compensation forms etc).

During your first appointment, the physiotherapist will discuss your condition, conduct a thorough examination and develop a tailored treatment plan. We go to great lengths to recognise your individual needs in terms of explanation and guidance.

We try to time appointments carefully, however, with some patients presenting with unforeseen complex issues, delays may occur.  We apologise in advance if this were to inconvenience you.

We completely understand the workings of the workers compensation system and will assist you in navigating this process, if it applies to you.

Payment for consultation fees are required on the day of your consultation – no accounts are provided for these.  Payment options include cash, EFTPOS or credit card.  HICAPS is available, enabling those with Private Health Fund Ancillary Cover to claim their benefit immediately & only pay the gap.
